Refund Policy

Because this is a private group event, refund eligibility depends on the timing and circumstances of your request. As a general guideline:

• More than 30 days before the event start date: full refunds are usually available, less any non-recoverable third-party costs (deposits, vendor fees, shipped goods).
• 14–30 days before the event: partial refunds may be available at the organizer's discretion, depending on whether costs have already been committed.
• Less than 14 days before the event: refunds are typically not available because funds have been spent on lodging, food, supplies, or vendor commitments on your behalf.
• After the event: purchases are non-refundable.

To request a refund, please email juliamloidolt@gmail.com with your name, the event date, and the item you purchased. Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method and typically arrive within 5–10 business days.

If your card was charged in error or you do not recognize a charge, please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve it directly.

Cancellation Policy

If you can no longer attend Atkins Family Reunion, please notify the event organizer as soon as possible at juliamloidolt@gmail.com. Cancellation eligibility for refunds follows the Refund Policy above.

Optional add-ons (extra meals, activities, lodging upgrades) can be cancelled independently of your overall RSVP, subject to the same timing rules.

The event organizer reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the event itself if circumstances require it (weather, venue issues, low attendance, etc.). In that case, attendees will be notified by email and refunds for cancelled charges will be issued where funds are recoverable.

Privacy Policy

We collect only the information needed to run Atkins Family Reunion and process your purchases:

• Contact info (name, email, phone) you provide when you RSVP, request access, or contact the organizer.
• Attendee details you submit (dietary restrictions, ages of children, custom field answers) so the organizer can plan accordingly.
• Payment metadata — we never store your full card number. Payments are processed by Stripe (and optionally PayPal); we retain only the payment ID, amount, status, and the email you supplied at checkout. See Stripe's privacy policy for how the payment processor handles your card data.
• Photos and content you upload to the event gallery (only visible to other approved guests).

We use this information to:

• Communicate with you about the event (confirmations, reminders, updates).
• Process and reconcile payments.
• Provide access to the auth-protected areas of the site (photos, documents, schedule).

We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties. We share information only with the service providers needed to run the site (Stripe for payments, our email provider for notifications, our hosting provider). All data is transmitted over HTTPS.

Terms of Service

By using this site to RSVP, purchase add-ons, or access event materials for Atkins Family Reunion, you agree to the following:

1. Eligibility. This site is intended for invited guests of Atkins Family Reunion. Access is by invitation and may be restricted at the organizer's discretion.
2. Accurate information. You agree to provide accurate, current contact and attendee information when submitting RSVPs and payments.
3. Payments. All amounts shown are in the currency listed at checkout (typically USD) and are charged at the time of purchase. The organizer is the merchant of record for these charges and will appear on your card statement.
4. No resale. Purchased items are non-transferable without the organizer's written consent.
5. Conduct. You agree to use this site lawfully and not to attempt to access accounts, data, or content that does not belong to you.
6. Limitation of liability. The event organizer is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from event attendance or site use, except where prohibited by law.
7. Changes. These terms may be updated from time to time. The current version is always available at this URL.
